I really love matcha and I’ve eaten matcha desserts at over 900 stores in Japan.
On this page, I will introduce my secret matcha recipes that we actually serve at our cafe in Asakusa.

Our cafe “matcha trip” in Asakusa Tawaramachi.

We operate a cafe every Tuesday and Wednesday on the second floor of Henn na Hotel in Tawaramachi, Asakusa.
We use four types of matcha that are optimal for each menu.

Matcha latte

“Matcha Latte” is most popular menu in matcha trip.
I will introduce how to make a rich combination that allows you to enjoy the authentic taste of matcha.

“Hojicha Latte” is favorite menu of Chisei, a former tea farmer.
The point is to add less sugar than matcha.

Matcha cookies

“Matcha cookies” are sweets that are served as a set with Ousu-cha or sencha at our cafe.
It is made using rice oil instead of butter, so vegans can enjoy it too.

I recommend to eat it chilled.

Hojicha cookies

“Hojicha cookies” are sweets that are served as a set with Ousu-cha or sencha at our cafe.
